List of foods which are heavy to digest (Guru aahara)

Following food substances are guru (Heavy) for digestion should consume in proper quantity

  1. Pista vikruti

  2. Ksheera vikruti – क्षीरविकृतिः क्षीरकृता भक्ष्याः – The preparations made out of milk.

  3. Ikshu vikruti

  4. Tila

  5. Maasha – Urad dal
