Greeva basti is a specialized Ayurvedic therapy focusing on neck health, designed to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and address musculoskeletal issues in the cervical region. Procedure

A leakproof ring is created around the cervical region, using dough made from black or whole wheat flour. Warm medicated oil or herbal decoction is poured into the compartment and maintained the consistent temperature for
30 – 45 minutes. This procedure is done with suitable pre and post procedure.
